Ratios may be determined by the Indicator Value Assessment (IVA) methodology or current method of impact assessment. MRI will assist in agency coordination if the bank is to be used to satisfy a mitigation requirement. Mitigation acreage prices will be dependent on current market demands. Although mitigation acre - credits are currently available there is a limited supply and it may be years before more are on the market. The service area for the Meadowlands Bank includes the Hackensack River Drainage Basin and Newark Bay as mapped on the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Drainage Basin Map of New Jersey dated 1972.
